Limitation of liability and Insurance

I am a classically trained homeopath and I am fully insured to practice. I am not a medical doctor and I do not make any kind of diagnosis in conventional medical terms. Nor am I qualified to interpret medical reports.

Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine that aims to stimulate the innate healing ability of the body so that a previously held level of health can be recovered.

It must be understood that although each case will receive the highest professional attention, I can make no guarantee of a particular treatment outcome. Nor do I take any responsibility for factors within the patient’s life that may act against treatment. Homeopathic remedies are essentially free from side effects and I take no responsibility for any presumed complications. The symptoms that you seek to address with treatment must be medically non-urgent. Anyone with serious concerns about their health should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Maintaining contact with your GP

I always recommend that you maintain your relationship with your GP or specialist throughout the course of your treatment. Any change in your use of prescription medication will have to be undertaken with the authority and guidance of your prescribing GP, and your local NHS services will be able to arrange any diagnostic procedures you may

In an emergency

I do not provide an emergency out-of-hours service. In an emergency you are advised to contact your GP or attend A&E if appropriate. If you need emergency care you must contact the emergency services.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

I reside and practice in the UK and therefore work in compliance with UK legislation. Any disputes arising from healthcare services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

Payment

Payment is to be made via my website at the time of booking via credit/debit card or PayPal.

By purchasing the New Patient Starter Package and making the first payment of £133.33 you are committing to 4 months of homeopathic treatment and to paying the balance in full.

Cancellation

If you need to change or rearrange an appointment, please do that through the email confirmation that you received at the time of booking. At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required so that the appointment slot can be made available to others. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

My decision to terminate treatment

I reserve the right to decline or terminate treatment where I deem it to be in the best interest of the patient, for example where professional boundaries cannot be maintained, or for any reason at my discretion. In this situation, any consultations that have been paid for but not received will be refunded in full.

Events outside my control: Illness/accident/unforeseen circumstance

Should I have to cancel a consultation due to illness, accident or unforeseen circumstance, I will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible, and will rearrange the consultation for the earliest mutually convenient time.

How the services will be provided: Zoom video consultation

Consultations take place via Zoom video consultation. If for any reason we have technical difficulties we will find another way to communicate e.g. through WhatsApp video call or a phone call.

Please be on time for your consultation

Please be ready to start your consultation promptly. Consultations that start late will not be able to run over time due to clients that are booked in after you. Please ensure you are in a private space during the consultation to ensure confidentiality.
